Should Trafic Mf Tablets Be Taken Even After Periods Stop?

My child is 12yrs.old.She got matured in March2014 and now she got her 4th period.In her 2nd period there is some over bleeding for 5days.Third time there is heavy flow till 6days.This time periods started by 20days and I noticed that bleeding is normal as in first two periods.On fourth day she has No bleeding,but on this fifth day again bleeding is seen.We have consulted gynaecologist on the 7th day of last periods. She prescribed Ferium tablets once a day and globac syrup 3times a day.Also advised to take Trafic MF tablets 3times a day till bleeding stops. But without using this tablet bleeding stopped.Now I seek advice to use this tablet or not.And also I want to know the side effects.

Brief...It happens in menarche stage (first few periods) normaly.
Detailed answer..
Since during first periods (menarche)anovlatory cycles occur ,due to which hormonal disbalance also occur and some time heavy bleeding and some time normal bleeding during menses happens even missed periods happen.
If she has stopped her bleeding,you may stop tablets and ask further with her doctor,as this medicine can cause nausea,headache,abdominal ache etc.
