Should Pregnancy Conception Pills Be Taken During Menstruation?

Hi doctor, I have regular period. Now we are planning to have a baby. I was started the pregnant conception on my first day of period. Since I start the medicine and my period was stop. Was thinking is this due to pregnant conception ? Is pregnant conception should intake any day including during period ?

I really appreciate your concern, no it is not the case but it could be due to hormone changes and it is not the abnormal condition keep trying for conception without thinking anything like this hope this information helps.
