hi Dr Andrew Rynne I am about to make a big pot o vegetable split pea soup my son is visiting two weeks ago he was hospitalised due to a stomack ulcer he was internaly bleeding and had to have a blood transfusion I was wondering if onions would not be good for his ulcer many thanks from YYYY@YYYY

Onions have blood thinning properties but not like any medicine. It works in a good way so there is nothing to worry. Go ahead.
