Should I Undergo Surgery To Cure Compressed Vein Problem Causing Urine Problems?

Hi
I am 30 years old i have some problems related to urin...urin come slow and i need to press (do efforts) to do.


yesterday i consult a doctor he has told me to operate, he told one of my vain is compressed please suggest should i go for operation???

I am not sure if this can be the vein issue but more probably this is related to prostate issues such as prostatitis or hypertrophy and rarely. This is managed best with surgery which is very simple today and provides permanent improvement so you should not restrain from it.
Less commonit can be controlled with medications but this can be tried only for a shorter period. Some benign hypertrophy may be managed endoscopically, but so you should consult urologist about all appropriate options. If there is however tumor compression then surgery is definitely unavoidable.
