Should I Treat My Tonsils As Cough Is Not Getting Cured?

i had a cough about a year ago and i used aziwok it helped then after a year interval it has repeated personally i used again the same medicine and today is may third day and the last day for a dose but am not getting any better am still coughing the dose is 500gm of aziwok once per day.but also i have allergies reaction to dust,pollens and cat furry and in 2004 dotors told to remove my tonsils because i had bacterial infection in my throat,so what can i do wait till the next day my be rthe drug will cure or what?

Dear don't worry use salt water gargle, avoid cool drinks and freeze water, drink ginger and honey tea, tab Amoxillinclvulinate 625 thrice a day for 5days will help you, tab Moterleukast and levocegrizine at the night for allergies.
