Should I Take Child To ER If Hit By Door On Forehead?

My daughter is 1 and a half years old. she just walked into the door. The pointy side part. Her forehead started swelling and black and blue within seconds. I tried putting some ice on it but was only able to apply it for a few seconds. Should I take her to the ER?

continue to use the ice pack, and get a check in the ER just to be sure that there is no major trauma inside. and just to be safe pad the door and carpet the floor till the child is walking steady to avoid such falls in future.
