hi, my friend was holding my new samsung galaxy camera, and I turned around, and she hit my lip with it by accident. my tooth hut aginst my lip when it happened and now its swollen, and it bled a little bit. but, I must have damaged some nerves because now the same side of my whole cheek is a little numb and feels wierd if i touch it. I'm freaking out a little. is the damage to my cheek permanent or just temporary and will heal in time..? please help? thank you

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having swelling and cellulitis due to tooth injury on lip.
nothing to worry, due to having swelling and infection you get this sensation.
Consult your doctor and with one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine, you will be alright.
apply ice pack for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
