Dear Friend
Welcome to Health care magic. I am Dr Charu , I will shortly try to help you with my opinion.

Bumps around anus may be any of the following:

1) warts: usually asymptomatic growths , very common in genital areas.

2) Molluscum contagiosum: pearly raised lesions with central indentation.

3) Haemorrhoids: vascular outgrowths.

Based on the available details, this is my best advice for you. I will advice you to visit your doctor in person so that the lesions can be examined and proper advice can be given to you.
Good Luck.
