Should I Be Worried About The Bulge In Upper Chest Which Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Occasional Pain?

HI DR. SAMUEL,
I AM CONCERNED ABOUT A BULGE IN MY UPPER CHEST; SOMETIMES PAINFUL, WITH DIFFICULTY BREATHING, BUT NO ONE HAVE INVESTIGATED THE PROBLEM. YOU CAN HEAR ME BREATHING A MILE AWAY. IT FEELS LIKE SOMETHING IS THERE. WHAT TYPE OF DR. SHOULD I SEEK, AND SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
You should visit a Pulmonologist ,get your Xray and PFT done.Only after examinig and getting your investigations one could conclude whether the problem lies in the lungs or outside the lungs.
