Should I Be Worried About Elevated Vitamin B12 Serum Level After Taking Metanx For Peripheral Neuropathy?

I am an 87 yr old male patient who has been taking Metanx (2 per day) for the past month for peripheral neuropathy. I just had blood work analysis done and noticed that Vit B12 serum is elevated to 1943 pg/ml. In the past it has been normal in the 700-800 range. Should I be concerned about this?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If you are taking extra supplement of vitamin B12 then you just stop taking this although the vitamin B12 is very safe molecule, nothing bad will happen even if it is being elevated but not to take nay risk and better to stop the medicine for the time being have nice day.
