Should I Be Concerned As My Husband Is Having Bruise In His Forehead?

I looked at my husband when he came inside and immediately noticed his forhead appeared bruised. Never noticed it earlier. I thought maybe it was because he was out in the cold. But it has been a few hours and it hasn't changed. He said he didn't hit his head. He doesn't have any symptoms. Should I be concerned?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If this is not paining and not increasing in size then wait and watch is the only option we have, if it does not go away within couple of days then this should be brought to investigation, without the clinical examination it is difficult to say any thing, hope information helps you, have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
