Should Child Suffering From Blocked Nose And Cold Be Given Alex Or Zyrcold?

Hi, I want to know that, is there any difference between Alex junior & zyrcold syp. i have a 1 year 4 mount old boy. he has had a blocked nose & cold since last 2 days. what medicine would be best for him. could you please suggest me. Thanks, Subhas Karmakar

Zyrcold cotains cetrizine and Alex cotains chloropheniramine maleate.
Both are antihistaminics and the action is almost same.
But I personally like alex junior.
