Should Anaesthetist Be Informed About Usual Drop In BP Levels When Administering Anaesthesia

I am about to have surgery to remove a synovial cyst at L5, S1. Five years ago I had urological surgery. I was given Gelofusine 500 Mls in theatre. No one told me why I needed it and my surgeon said she did not recall any " dramas". I Tend to have low blood pressure after anaesthesia.
Is this significant to tell the next anaesthetic doctor ?

HI
Well come to HCM
Ideally all the past medical history need to be informed to the anesthetic if you are suppose to go under any surgical procedure, although what ever the history you gave here is nothing to do with the next induction, still better to inform this, take care.
