General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thyroid masses are common. The management depends on symptoms and thyroid function. If your thyroid functions are normal, and you are not teased by the mass (no pressure effects) and the bisposy is clear z then you may not need to remove it.

However, of its producing symptoms, or is dangerous looking, it's better to remove it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
