Should A Internal Medicine Doctor Be Consulted For The Outbreak Of Rashes?

In October 2014, I was taking clindamycin hcl 300 mg capsule twice a day. After 10 days I broke out into a rash. I received a couple of shots of steroids but it never went away. I started taking probiotics and atarax. However, I started to experience pain in my left leg when taking the probitoics. So I stopped. Then two weeks later, I started with diarrhea. I went to the doctor and I had c-diff. I took flagg for about 5 days. Then Vancomycin hcl for 10 days. Then it came back again and took Vancomycin again for another 10 days. I have seen a dermatologist for the rash and was prescribed triamcinolone and Atarax again. I m still experiencing the breakout. What should I do? Should I see an internal medicine doctor? I m now scheduling to have a colonoscopy on this Friday.
