Should Vancomycin Be At Room Temperature Before It Is Used?

My husband has a pic line and I am administering vancomycin . He is due to get it at 8pm . We forgot and did mt take it out of fridge till 7 pm . Is that ok. Should it be out of fridge several hours ? What if it s not at room temp YYYY@YYYY
