Should I See A Doctor For Burning Sensation And Cramps In The Abdomen Along With Diarrhea?

I returned from a trip to Italy on Saturday, May 26, 2018. The following day I experienced nausea following by severe abdominal pain and bloating. Initially, I was constipated but after my first BM I had stomach cramping and watery diarrhea; I also had a chronic headache and was extremely lethargic (more than just jet lag.) The diarrhea was severe for several days. I used Imodium and became constipated. My entire gastro tract feels as tho it has been set on fire when I eat anything. I go longer period of times without a BM and it's only been regular 2 - 3 times in the last few days. Today, 9 days later, I am still experiencing the burning, cramping and diarrhea frequently after I have a meal. Should I see my Dr?
