Should I Have Any Special Procedures For My Future Pregnancy To Avoid This?

Hello.. I want to ask about something very important.. I was pregnant and my baby had a problem called uretheral valve obstruction and leads to his death at week 16.. After that i made some tests like TORCH viruses.. And i had 3 positive IgG rubella, cytomegalovirus and herpes type I and all the viruses are negative for IgM.. My question is: should i have any special procedures for my future pregnancy to avoid anything like that to happen??

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Rubella positive would be protective meaning that you are not going to be infected with this condition during pregnancy and pass it on to your baby.

The cytomegalovirus is also common and the absence of acute infection is good.

There are no specific measures that can be taken to reduce the chance of future problems.
Mainly a generally healthy lifestyle involving diet and regular exercise.

Try to eat a wide range of fruits and vegetables so that you get many different nutrients and minerals.

I hope this helps
