Should I Go To A Doctor For Vomiting And Diarrhea Along With Breathing Difficulty?

I ve vomited and had diarrhea for almost a month but it skips so many months yet continues to come back. I ve also noticed I m having some trouble breathing. I run out of breath a lot easier now. Being sick off and on has been occurring for around a year now and the shortness in breath has been occurring for a few months. I m not sure if this could be anything serious or not and didn t know if I should go to the doctor and be checked out.

Hi,

Diarrhea and vomiting won't cause breathing difficulty unless you developed seizures or myocardial infarction, which may cause autonomic hyper activity lead to sweating and breathing difficulty. Yes you have to check for the cause of breathing difficulty like anemia or respiratory or cardiac problem.

Use tablet Deriphyllin twice a day for five days in case of breathing difficulty. Please consult your physician he will check blood pressure, hemoglobin status, X-ray, ECG and echo then treat you accordingly.
