Should I Give Taxim-o For Vomiting With Fever?

My baby is of 18 months suffered by fever on satuarday morning 12 am to sunday morning 3 am.

so doctor has given mol injection to him to keep his fever down.

but due to injection it had not come down. after continuous dosage of maftal p the fever had come down on sunday morning. also we had given the dosages at every 8 hour to him.

also he had one time omiting on saturaday, for that doctor suggested to give taxim-o.

so whether it is necessay to give taxim-o or not. also pus cell are 4 to 6 after urine check up

Taxim o is Cefixime which is 2nd generation cephalosporin antibiotic useful in management of Urinary tract infection.
