MCBM is a folic acid, mecobalamine & pyridoxin - all of the ingradients are indicated in multiple conditions including Megaloblastic anemia due to folic acid defeciency, pregnancy It does not help conception, but it helps healthy conception & avoids certain defects in baby by birth( folic acid prevents Spina bifida in fetus ). * You want to conceive- yes , in that condition also the medicine helps -all the ingredients are helpful for mother s general health & also a healthy pregnancy.So you can very well continue it .Advise about discontinuation needs information as to why it was prescribed... please consult prescribing doctor * as for early conception- an unprotected sex around ovulation day would help.
