Should I Be Worried For Cord Around Baby S Neck And Less Weight?

I ll be completing my 8th month of pregnancy on 6th September .My doctor has recently found that my baby weighs less (around 1.78 grams). Also there is the cord around his neck.Is it something I should be scared of and are there any chances of increasing baby weight?

Hi,cord around the neck of baby not a problem in most of the time.You can test USG with colour doppler study for knowing better result. You take nutritious diet,Iron,Calcium and take plenty of water.Serial USG can diagnose growth retardation.
