Should I Be Worried About My Blood Report?

I just had some blood work done and some came back low and was wondering if you could give me a idea of what they are. One was my LY% it came back 12.5% and their range is 15.0-51.0 as normal and the other one is my Cardiac Chemistries CPK and it came back 21 and the range is 35-237. Is there any reason to worry. I read your question and those numbers carefully and will try to address your concern.

If the only changes present are those two figures which you mention then I think they indicate nothing to worry about. For both those figures it is an increase which worries us. If lymphocytes were increase they could indicate a viral infection or blood disease. The same goes for CPK, it's its increase which indicates damage to the muscles, whether heart muscle or others, it being low represents no reason for concern.

I hope to have been of help.
