Should I Be Worried About Blood And Saliva Excretion After Anal Sex?

After anal sex (about six hours ago) I haven't had a bowel movement. I had one about two hours before the act. I keep feeling the sensation that I am going to have one. The only excretion was saliva and a little bit of fresh blood. Should I be worried about this?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

No, you should not be worried. This is expected and there was probbaly just anal mucosal tear. This should be of short duration nad bleedign should stop within 1-2 days. If it however persist more than this then you should do rectoscopy to see if there are some polyps or hemorrhoids present. It would also be advisable to avoid anal intercourse till bleeding persist. You can use sitz baths and take painkilelrs for pan and also have liquid and easier diet to make your stool softener.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
