Should I Be Concerned With Recent Low BP?

I have BP of 99/60 and recently has hovered around 119/60 - 97/50. I have taken Triamterene HCTZ 37.5-25mg and lisinopril 2.5mg for about 20 years for High PB. Should I be concerned with recent low BP? Should I stop taking one or both meds? p.s. I feel fine, just a bit tired, ALSO I work out about 5x per week and I am 63.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Try to maintain your blood pressure below 140/90, but above 100/60.
2. With medications, its a concern that you are hovering towards the lower side.
3. Meet your doctor to lower the dose of medications. Continue your workout. Take plenty of water.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
