Should I Be Concerned For The Shooting Pain From Head To The Face And Dizziness?

3 weeks ago, an iron fell on my head and hit my glasses that were sitting ontop of my head. For the past 4 days ive been feeling dizzy and getting sharp shooting pains from the top of my head to my face. I had a cat scan done today and it came back normal. Should i be concerned?

these symptoms are supposed to fade away in a few days, but if it is getting worse you will need a MRI check ,also if there is any nausea or vomiting you will have to go to the ER..
