Should I Be Concerned For Having Knot On Forehead By Eyebrow, Feeling Nauseous After Knocked By Dog?

My daughter, she s 30 yrs old. Just collided with her large dog and she said it knocked her out for a few seconds. She has a knot on her forehead by her eyebrow. She put an ice pack and she says she feels nausious. Should she go to the Dr? Its 11:00 pm and she was getting ready for bed. Should she stay awake?

Hi,

Your daughter may be having hematoma. It is a blood collection underneath the skin. Ice compresses might be helpful. However, you take her to consult nearby surgeon for perfect diagnosis and to rule out internal injury in brain. After rhorough examination and investigations like MRI,CT scan..etc he might come to some conclusion, and accordingly he might give proper treatment. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
