Should I Be Concerned About The Dent In The Cheek Bone Below The Ear?

Blunt end of a 2x4 hit me on the side of my face. Cheek bone is decently dented in about an inch down from my ear. Could hardly eat first few days. Been about a week and a half now, seems to be healing fine almost no pain when eating or a good yawn. Should I be concerned?

thanks for your query,
i have gone through your question, the trauma could have resulted in fracture of your jaw bone that is causing that dent...so kindly do a radiograph to that region like OPG to find out fracture ... consult a dental surgeon for further treatment immediately...if the fractured bone gets healed in abnormal way(malunion) you will have lot of problems in future...consult a dental surgeon as early as possible..
take care..
