Shortly after I awoke I had washed my face and towel drying when I suddenly got really dizzy, unbalanced and almost fell, had tingling in my lower lip on the left side. symptoms left after ~ 5 min except the tingling and numbness in my lip which took about 30 minutes to clear, after about 2 hours I walked no more than 200' and had the same symptions with shortness of breath, all symptoms left after a few minutes?
