Sharp Pain Below Belly Button, Increasing Pain While Walking, Bruise, Diarrhea. Virus Infection?

My 15 year old daughter has constant sharp pain a out 2 inches below her belly button. She's getting a bruise in the area that hurts- she has diarreah and has been throwing up. She is not running. A fever. She said when she walks it increases the pain. She hasn't been injured at all. She also says that she feels gurgling then really bad pain. Could this be a virus, because there is one going around this area with similar symptoms.
Thank you for your time.

Hi,
Please if she has blood or mucus in the stools(if so she might have amoebiasis)
The bruise site coinsides with elastic of her undergarment, trousers please check it.Application of antibiotic oinment & keeping it dry &clean, avoiding friction would realeive her.
for diarrhea ,it can be viral/ infective the differensiation would be by stool examination.Pl. start with following diarrhea care immediately
- Take light diet easy to digest.,pleanty of oral liquids (ORT)
-drink only boiled water.
- strict personal hygine.
-Antispsmodic drug like Dicyclomin hydrochloride can be taken for pain preseeding motion.
-If you find her v. weak, dehydrated pl. get her admitted for IV fluids.
_pl. take an expert guidence if not releaved in a couple of days.
pl. take care.
Thank you.
