Severe vomiting during pregnancy with second child

Hi I'm pregnant with my second child and I'm 8 weeks along. My vomiting is so severe that I can't keep anything down the last day I had something to eat that actually stayed down was on thursday. Please help me I don't want to lose my baby because I lost the first one:'(

It seems that you might be having pregnancy vomiting.
It is a common problem but in your case it is very severe and might require IV fluids to correct dehydration and to stop vomiting.
There is medicine available for pregnancy vomiting.
Consult your Obst. and get examined.
