I did a lot of cocaine for one night about five days ago and ive been having a lot of pain in my nostrils and swollen glands and sinus problems. At work it feels like burning and now like allergies and I've never really gotten allergies ever. I think it might be an infection but im not sure. Im not going to do anymore ever now because of the pain but I was a heavy user for a few years 3 years ago. I'm not sure whats going on but its constant pain and irritation all day every day. What could this be and Is there anything I can do to help it go away?
