Several yrs ago I had uterine polyps removed, they were benign. I'm 57 past menopause & have been diagnosed to have a hysterectomy . My uterus & Fallopian tubes will be removed. Once this is done my doctor said I won't have to worry about this again. I originally bled, my doctor did a biopsy & for pr caution did end up doing a d & c to make sure there wasn't any other cells present. I also have a bicorniate uterus & have had three c sections. Can cancer cells show up anywhere else in my body after this procedure?
