Several Months Ago I Had A Tricuspid Valve RVSP Of

Several months ago I had a Tricuspid Valve RVSP of 45.0 mmHg with a normal tricuspid valve appearance. Moderate-severe tricuspid regurgitation. Rest of valves normal in size and function. The aortic root and proximal thoracic aorta are normal in size. Mitral & aortic valves have mild regurgitation. It was during a time of lots of stage performance tension and considerable hours of practise daily of difficult music on the piano. The aortic root and proximal thoracic aorta are normal in size. Can I bring that number down? I take a diuretic and 20 mg lisinopril plus small amount of simvastatin (5 mg) daily. Lack of followup due to biannual change of residence from FL to MN. Appointments stretch out into two months in the future. Have diabetes II and mass on head of pancreas which does not seem to be malignant or blocking anything or growing in size. Eightieth birthday in the a few days. Otherwise healthy lifestyle with lots of walking and moderate regular exercise. weight 120, height 5'5". I sometimes feel some heart palpitations.
