Several Lumps Around My Body And Arms, Some Are Movable, Dull Ache In Left Arm. Any Ideas?

Hi, I have noticed several lumps around my body and arms. They seem to be fairly firm and some moveable, others not. They vary in size and appear at the base of my sternum, just under my rib cage on my left side, a small, but firm one near the pit of my elbow. They are not painful until pressed and I have had them for approximately 12 months. They don't seem to be growing but in the past week I have noticed a dull ache in my left arm and also a strange numb feeling in the same area. I am not panicking about this but was just curious as to whether it may be something I should urgently seek medical attention for.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail.
From what you have described, they appear to be lipomas. They are a very common condition and are not of any worry. They generally don't cause any problem unless they are very big in size.
It is no medical emergency and whenever you find time in next few months, do meet a surgeon who would like to examine you ones. FNAC and biopsy are the confirmatory tests but i am sure you will not require them.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
