Seven weeks ago I started spotting for about two weeks then starting bleeding....shortly after large clots will come and go. Golf ball size sometimes two at a time and will last two day at least then more just bleeding and spotting. I have a lot of pain. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 19 years ago and have had one mis-carriage and two bed rest pregnancies. I have had a laparoscopy and dnc done for the endo. Is this a ER situation. I feel I have lost a large amount of blood over the last two months. I will fill up a super tampon and pad with clots dripping out every hour at least three days a week and the other days are just spotting and normal period bleeding.
