Seems like a circulation problem but why would it affect just my left hand ?

Lately my right hand is cold while my left hand isn't. Can someone tell me what this might mean ? Seems like a circulation problem but why would it affect just my left hand? Could I have a heart condition ? I m 37, never smoked and am in great shape.

I am a 31 year old female. On Saturday I experience an itching and tingling sensation in my left thumb which spread to my hand. I began having pain and the feeling like I was losing circulation up to my elbow by Saturday night. When I woke Sunday morning there it was up to my shoulder. My hand does not appear swollen and I have not had any trauma to the hand. There is no bite and there is no rash. I have visited 2 ER S and an orthopaedic specialist in the last 4 days and no one has an answer. I have been prescribed 4 different medications and none are relieving the pain

Hi. I m a 25 yo woman weighing 42 kg. I started taking Biogen Mass Builder protein shake 3 months ago but stopped 2 months later when I started noticing painless bruise-like dark spots first on the inside of my thighs, which, later, spread to the inside of lower legs. Then, for the past 3 weeks, I have had frequent palpitations and also pins and needles sensations in my arms and hands. It started with my left thumb feeling numb for about 3 days, now, it will sometimes be the whole hand feeling numb (which I had never experienced before now) or the entire arm, for a few minutes, often waking me up at night. I have a new job and, for the last, 3 months, have been quite stressed with it and not getting enough sleep. Also, although I ve only been taking a third of the daily recommended dose of protein shake (3 servings of 226g), it has been as a single serving in the morning in lieu of breakfast, added to full cream milk instead of water. So, I m suspecting a blood circulation problem due to a sudden increase amount of fat in my body (although I haven t gained more than 3 kg since I ve used the shakes), but could the stress also have anything to do with the symptoms I have been experiencing? Already, many thanks for your assistance.
