Hi, Two weeks ago I went to an amusement park and I don t know if it related but I now have a searing headache in the lower right part of my skull whenever I masturbate. It also happens during sex but the pain is mild. I checked my neck and I have a small bump on the top of my neck right below my hairline when it happens. What could be the possible diagnosis and treatment? Thank you
