Hi, inquiring about nickel sized white and red blotches on skin exposed to (190°) dry heat steam room x15 minutes. Up until about 12 minutes I did not sweat, just got really red and then started dripping sweat, then noticed allvthey exposed skin was blotched. They stayed about an hr after I got in the pool to cool down. This has not happened before. I sweat during usual activity and am obese/260lbs with no health conditions.
Is it safe to stay in the steam room and continue sweating?
Is there a reason why I wasn't sweating at first then an outpouring?
