Respected madam my age is 44 i have two children (normal delivery) i have diabetees (uncontrolled) from 8 years my hb a1c is 10 and hb % is 9.8 grams i suffaring from last peried (3rd july) uncontroled heavy bleeding from uterus i use trapic tab &inj but no cntl my doctor is taken usg the report is found fibroids the size intra mural fibroids measuring 20x16mm and 12x11mm noted in the posterior myometrium ovaries is normal uterus is normal size here dr suggested remove of uterus . what can i do if need sugery what kind of surgery i mean (vaginel historectomy, abdaminal historectomy,laproscopic historectomy please suggest and educate me. i have d&c report forgetten that time the report is following GROSS: 1.MULTIPLE,IRREGULAR,GRAY BROWN,SOFT PIECES OF TISSUE TOTALLY MEASURING 1.5 CM SUMMERY OF SECTIIONS:M/1 EMBEDDED :TOTALLY 2.FOUR OVAL GRAY WHITE PIECES OF TISSUE MEASURING 0.5to 0.6 cm Summsry of sections :4/1 Embedded :Totally DIAGNOSIS:1.Endometrial curretings,biopsy: Secretory phase endometrial tissue.No evidence of hyperplasia or malignancy is seen. 2.Cervix ,biopsy: Chronic cervicitis.No evidence of dysplasia or malignancy is seen. end of report please suggest medically.
