I am having stomach pain and back pain in same place also my left side is swelled, Dr had suggested for USG and this is the below reports.
Can u help me in this?

Minimal LT sided in pleural effusion noted.
Gaseous destiansion of small bowell constipated clone noted.
Impression: infective pathology.
