I was suffering Triglycerides and cholesterol as under

HDL-Choles 44 38 35 38
LDL-Choles 108 77 43.8 94
VLDL-Choles 45 50 39.2 30
choleste total 197 165 118 162
Blood Presure 140/84 130/90 160/90
weight kg 75 71 71.5
Now family doctor prescribed TONNACT TG for six months from 20.12.14 and LONAZEPMD 0.25 for 10 days , previously i used tonnact20 gm for from 20.11.13
I am non veg and my age is 49 years. I have already stopped Meat /Big fish/Milk/ etc as per doctor advice and daily morning working for 5 km
Pl let me know the correct way or how to reduce it.
