Red Spots On Glans, Foreskin. No Pain, Burning. Used Eclospan. What Can It Be?

hello i am 24 years male, i noticed that i had some red spots on the glans and foreskin . No symptoms such as pain, burning sensation, no pain during urination. It seems to appear after masturbation or sex and disappear after a couple of days. I got tested for HIV I and II, VDRL and it came back negative. i applied Eclospan cream (components Beclomethasone, neomycin n Miconazole). What can it be? though there are no complications it has a psycological affect on me knowing that something is wrong.

Hi,
Nothing to worry.
It might be due to lack of proper cleaning of smegma under the foreskin.
Make a habit of cleaning the part by averting foreskin daily and after sex or masturbation.
continue applying cream.
Ok and take care.
