Hello,

It appears that there is no fracture as if it was a fracture of the lower limb you would not be able to even stand or walk around with support as well. It is a muscular injury which happens during an accident.

Following the rest of the injured limb and using hot water fermentation will help soothe the muscles to reduce the pain.

Keeping the injured limb over the pillow will help reduce the swelling.

Rest assured, you should be fine in a week or so.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
