Reason For Heaviness In Head After A Bump?

Hi good evening, im ashely and im 22 yrs old,, yesterday i bump my head in the train, and last night i didnt get enough sleep, i feel heaviness in my head until now,,i feel like vomiting but its not coming out,,i dont know if im just worrying to much,, do i need to worry? Thanks

it can be just concussion. but to be on safer side take CT scan. if it is normal then notreatment is required. can take bed rest for few days.
