Reason For Feeling Tired, Lightheaded And Heart Hurting After Having Self Pleasures

Hello doctor. My friend self pleasures himself a lot. He used to do it once or twice a day, but now he does it once a week, if at all. His heart has been hurting after he does it, and even the day after it hurts. He said when he first started to do it, everything was fine, nothing hurt. Then, his heart beat would drop after an orgasm then would hurt, then two times ago, his heart was racing for a long time, then it was normal but hurt, then last time his heart was hurting, beating fast, and the rest of the day and the day after, his heart was still faster than usual. He is reaching out to me for help. I m 14 and he is 13. He gets very tired and kind of light headed after he does it, and even hours later. Please help with what it could be. You can ask questions.
