Reason For Ear Ringing, Swollen Eye, Face And Lip Numbness?

For two days now I have ringing in my right ear it was gotten better but when i sleep with that side of my face to the pillow i wake up and my face and eye feels swollen and one day face on the right side felt numb and part of my lip was numb what is wrong with me?
