Puss Like Bumps On Soles Of Feet, Toes, Palms And Fingers. Treatment?

I have these puss like bumps on the soles of my feet, toes, palms and fingers and looking at the stuff I'm finding online I'm really starting to freak out. I don't have a pop and no health insurance and I am so scared. My left foot is the worst and my right hand is not too far behind. My fingers on the top part of my finger are slowly looking like my left foot. Please please please tell me what I can do to get rid of this. I work at a bank and I do not want to lose my job buzz someone might think it might be contagious

Hi, have pus like bumps on foot and sole. As you describe it appears to be scabies secondarily infected by bacteria.
For my patients i prescribe in such case penicillin V tablets, gamabenzine hexachloride or permethrine for local application.
So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
