Puffy Nipples, Disc Under It,right Pectoral Muscle Flabbier. Will It Remain Like This?

my son is 15 and he works out at school with the football team 3 days a week. He want to look nice but he worries about these things im about to tell you. he has puffy nipples and his right pec is flabbier than the other. there is a little disk thing under his nipple. will this go away and will his pec even out and his nipples tighten?

It is very common for adolescent boys to have some breast enlargement due to hormonal changes taking place in their body. It is not unusual to find a difference in the breast tissue on the two sides. I would suggest that this should be documented and monitored over the next 6 months to 1 year. In case there is no improvement then remedial actions shall be suggested by the doctor.
