Pregnant, Issues With FCR, Clitoris Sensitive, Irritation While Urinating. Is It Hormonal?

I m 31 weeks preganant and I am having an issue with an ongoing fcr a year problem with thr top opening of clitoris being very sensitive. When I pee its more irratated leaving me feeling like I have the urge to pee. What is this? I was check for all possbile things and they said it hormonal??? What and how can this be? So annoying and I have gottan no answers.
